Well guys, I got my Procom CDI yesterday and got it installed. I was able to get about 35 miles on it last last night and another 15 on the way to work this morning for a total of around 50 miles. So far I am very happy with it. I just set it to setting 7 which is the one that matched the number on my stock unit. It fired right up, did not seem to take any longer than usual to warm up and idled fine. I took it out for the test run and was very happy. The bike seemed to pull harder through the whole rpm range and most importantly I have yet to have that intermitent cylander cut out pop up on me. It was 49 degrees this morning here in Dayton, Ohio and the bike fired up fine this morning as well. So far my Procom unit seems as good as the stock one. I plan on doing a good deal of riding this weekend so by Monday I should have a few hundred more miles on it for a better assesment.
