I'll go against the majority and ask the question (because it is still not clear what started this - what happened prior to the video is purely conjecture).

If you piss off a cage driver (intended or unintentionally) do they have the right to run over you and your bike because 'they feel threatened'?

I suspect this driver may have been trying to drive through the group of bikers - sure that's also conjecture. If you were in a large group ride and a vehicle tried to intimidate it's way through wouldn't you get a bit pissed off?
