Bikers behaving badly - VERY badly.
They were a gang, a mob, a horde of lawbreakers attacking an innocent family. It is obvious by the outcome that they meant these people harm even before the Rover ran over the punks.
I hope the cops find as many of these animals as possible and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. They give all honest riders a bad name. Futhermore, cops need to crack down on future activity like this. It's all too common in the NY area.
