Not to brag here T-man, but as you may recall, I MAY have been the very FIRST person at this website almost a decade ago now to have gone on record strongly recommending(some may have considered it a "rant" at the time) to Mr. Bloor that he have his boys create a "Super Bonneville" with a displacement of at least 1000cc pumping out around 80bhp and with upgraded suspension(and all for probably no more than an extra $1,500-1,700 or maybe $2,000 TOPS over the standard 790cc/865cc Bonneville models with their CRAPPY stock suspension) and that was FACTORY MADE and that one could purchase at ANY TRIUMPH DEALERSHIP!
(...and so yeah, you're definitely preachin' to the choi..err..PREACHER here, ol' buddy
...and it's just too damn bad that Bloor's Boys since Day One of the Bonneville line's debut have thought of this line of their machines as a "nice little retro re-creation that should be built to a reasonably low cost" and NOW is primarily considered their "Entry Level" motorcycles, AND when there has ALWAYS been so much MORE potential to these machines' basic platform, AND which for some dumb/lame reason they have ALWAYS seemed to have failed to recognize over there on that little island known as Jolly Ole England...specifically in a little town known as Hinckley!)
