Can't beat Guinness. Though a cider is always welcome.
Having said that I went out to the local microbrewery, and had mangobeer. That was quite nice. And they did take out. However as it rather worryingly is quite a trendy place, the queue was too long at the bar and we were moving on to somewhere else that wouldn't have appreciated me taking my own beer...

The house beer is Yuengling. Beyond that I am a Lager and Pilsner man. I do not like many Ales unless they are free and/or in a glass. Above all, I prefer JACK OR MAKER'S.

Busch is cheapest, but Corona or Tecate are my favorites. My neighbor makes "home brew", and we ran out of the good stuff on Sunday. He broke out the homey, and it was, to say the least, AWFUL!!!! It was thick like motor oil, and had a distinctive smell that definitely preceded it. My brother, after taking his first swallow said it all...."******, it tastes like it was brewed in a shoe!!!"

My favorite is Free Beer. Trouble is that almost no one carries it. You walk into a bar/tavern/restaurant/neighbor's house and ask for a Free Beer, and they look at you like you're nuts. What's up with that?

I like Mug, Barqs or there is a local place called Webers here in Tulsa that makes great beer... Root Beer that is. I know I may be baned from the site but I hate beer.

On that note I've heard that Blenheim Ginger Ale is quite good. Made in South Carolina, I haven't seen it here, but it could be ordered. Any comments?
