Nope.
My solution is very simple. Missile strikes targeting train camps, militant terrorist bases, weapons storage, and infrastructure like power plants, and manufacturing facilities, drinking water reservoir dams. Then let them pick up the pieces. No soldiers on the ground, no aid, and no helping rebuilding. Then UN sanctions to slow down their trade.
