Bike was running great...then I lost the right cylinder while out riding. Here is what I have done...

Just relocated battery.
Recheched all connections etc. All ok

Switched wires on back of each ignition coil and swapped plug wires. Right cylinder still not firing. Therefore its not the coil is it?

What to check next?

Well before jumping into thinking it's electrical, (which it may be) have you checked the plug itself, make sure you didn't foul it out?

Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me will chime in.

By switching the primary and secondary wires then noticing that the right side still doesn't fire, you have confirmed the ignition coils are good.

Why not pull the spark plugs and see if there is spark? No spark, you have a bad plug, broken primary wire or bad connection on the primary side or a defective igniter.

If you have spark, check your fuel system for the right hand side.

No spark at all. Used spark tester to confirm.

Been reading some....since switching wires confirms its not the ignition coils.....it also indicates its most likely the CDI. Wow not cheap....suggestions on where to buy?

There's always this one, the cheapest out there are far as I know (except for a used one possibly).
