You answered the question that I didn't know enough to ask.
To make sure I understand, it is the wheel that dictates the need for an inner tube, and inner strips? I take that to mean that the tire doesn't have to designed as a tube tire or tubeless tire? So, I can buy the tire I prefer and have new tubes and strips included in the installation?
