Hi all...
...been a couple of weeks since I put the bike (2009 America) back together after it's custom paint, and I noticed that the tank rocks --- not on its own while riding, but I can rock it back and forth (pivoting along the frame) up to 1/4" or more when sitting on the bike and with hands on each side of the tank. I only noticed because my wife's knee hit the tank when she was moving it today off of our trailer.
Did it always do that and I just didn't notice? The nut at the back is tightened up to spec, and from what I can tell, the rubber mounts at the front are tightly in their curved mounting spots. Just concerned that maybe I didn't get it back on correctly.
