I did a long ride in that area yesterday. This is the route I used but modified to start and end in Jasper rather than Bentonville. Map link to follow. If you do this ride be sure to fill fuel tank at jasper before leaving. Jasper to Ozark has no consistent fuel sources. Hwy 16 is as consistently curvy as any road in this part of the Ozarks and I think 123 from Clarksville to Hwy 7 is one of the prettiest rides in this part of the state.

The stop in Ozark is at the Rivertown BBQ just before 3rd street runs into the river. Didn't take time to clean up mapquest map totally but you get the idea. 215 miles and about 5.5 hours. Wish I could make it but am bound by my promise to do the sports car run (NOT A RACE!, or so they say).
