Had the opportunity to ride today with a buddy from work (who apparently is bat shat crazy). Long story shot my buddy rides a fully tricked out Ducati 1199 Panigale R (over 200hp at the rear wheel). I took him out to our best turn and burn run (Thornton Gap) to see what they really had. Well we found out. I saw him twice. The first time was when he went by me like I was standing still at the bottom of the run (and I wasn't cutting Elvira any slack at the time). The second time was when he was stopped and standing at the side of that beast waiting for me at the bottom on the back side. Elvira and I were more than sufficiently humbled.
