Ok so this one is way off topic, but Hey Jack, thats what this Lounge is fer!

Ok, so maybe some of y'all are like me and are "forced" to watch crap tv occasionally with your significant other. Well while watching this cooking show with my wife I actually leaned sump'n useful.

If ya put a little divot in the middle of yer hamburger patty using yer thumb, it reduced the amount it shrinks when cooked by about 50% or more.

I like ti cook mine in worchestshire sauce too. ( I cook a lot and have some really great recepies.)

OK, here's the deal. I'm kinda a meaty person, not too fat. But I like to eat good, so that means I need to be able to cook good. I like to use worchestshire sauce also, along with some, onion, garlic, red pepper, maybe some beer or wine. So there's no need to worry about where my thumb has been, the alcohol is a disinfectant. LOL. Next time you're out to eat and worried about something like that just look at the fork your using and wonder who's mouth its been in and if it's been washed properly. Then swirl it in yer whisky and carry on.



So Wade if ya don't want my cooking, then I won't offer any of my campside delicacies at the GA rally next year. Making it a top priority this time.

Mike, burgers for breaky is great, that’s why I make extra.

Moe, I'm kinda jealous. Looked at the menu, that Phillie Phanatic and the Brewer Burger sound mighty tasty.

Oh, one mo' thing and I GOTTA get to work - 'sposin' ya had this hamburger pattie with this big 'ole gaping Thumb Hole smack in the middle of it, and ya had a bag of soft BAGELS with, yes, the same corresponding HOLE smack in the middle of THAT, now you may be onta somefin' ole boy !

Imagine sitting at a table in Matt's Thumb Hole Burger Pagoda, and the table even has a hole in the middle, for a trash can maybe, but anyway, it would be fun to look at the other customers thru the hole in the burger and mumble to youself. Yeah. Mmmmm . Pop. Pop.
