Cool ride! I'm guessing it has a bit of giddy up and go... what's it got under the hood?

Sweet motor. I liked the orange pin striping in the top photo and then realized its a reflection of the road marking.

Good Choice Mr. Winslow. I kinda wish we held out for the GT. I really wanted that 2.4 Tigershark.

It get's up and goes pretty good. It has a motor bigger than a Rocket III. It's a 2.4 liter. Dodge calls it the Tigershark MultiAir II. It has 184 horsepower and 171 lb-ft of torque. I got it with the six speed manual transmission.

Thanks! I think I had been waiting for almost a year for Dodge to finally release the GT.

Nice looking ride. That 184/171 is quite a bit more than I've come to expect from small cars.
Looks like fun.

I just bought my wife a little red Honda Civic 2 door coupe last week. Sharp looking little car. I looked up the USAA Buying Service price (they would have been using a dealer in Charlotte), printed it out and took it to the dealer who matched it. I was pretty surprised as the came down 25% from the sticker (about $5000). That's a chunk.

Are you SURE that's bigger than the Rocket III?
(I guess IF your "Splitin' Hairs!)
They are NICE!
and a '68 sittin' next to it would be JUST TOO COOL!
And you may see me tonight

All I can say is Yep I like it also! They difinatly did better with the old name than Chevy did when they named that crappy car they put out a few yrs back a NOVA. Just to put anote in from a guy who used to work in a dodge shop,,, beware of the aluminum heads. He said all he did most days was resurface them due to a tendancy to crack or warp. Still I would not mind one like this either I never really liked the neon, but with this redesign and name change its pretty cool.

Interesting pedegree, same platform as the Alfa Giulietta (one of my fav cars) and built in the Belvidere assembly plant in Illonois.
You should have those stripes added to the car and make it the BA commemorative version.

That would be cool. Someday when I have more room to park, I'd like to find a '67 GT.

Uhm, nope. But, I do need to figure how I'm going to flames on this one. Maybe find some fishtail exhaust extensions too.
