Removal of Air Injection system

Hi guys have been thinking about disabling the air ijection gear but leaving solonoid connected bike is a 2013 efi america any thoughts welcome on pros and cons

I did that, removed AI and left the solenoid connected. No problems running like that, no error codes, just the solenoid desperately clicking away trying to adjust the mixture in the headers - but doing nothing of course. Eventually I soldered on a resistor of the correct size (encased inside a piece of high temp plastic pipe) to stop the clicking.

You can do that. As Richard indicated you may hear the solenoid clicking while having no effect. I did the resistor thing for a short time. Then began using TuneECU. That allowed me to just disable the SAI monitor/alert in the map or "tune" and not thinking about it again
