I removed all of that junk from my wife's 2012. As advised just plug the lines as you go.
One thing, you will get an engine fault light on the speedo. It will come on and stay on. To get rid of the fault light use tune ecu to clear the fault. It is best to check the rest of the system with the bike running via tune ecu diagnostic page.
If you have or are going to remove the air injection part of the emission stuff. Make sure you turn off the SAI while you are in tune ecu.
Once all the faults and settings are addressed any future fault lights you get will be real ones.
