If it was carbd Id say YES! But your EFI so I would trace it all first and see where they go.
If they only go between main can/solenoids and nipples on the carbs then you should be fine. Just plug the nipples.
If there is ANYTHING else in there take a pic and post it up for us to see what your dealing with.
