i got the one where you do all the cutting and making the connections yourself. it was really easy, but then, i'm pretty used to this kinda stuff. ........you could probably utilize one of the original holes and drill/tap a new one, but i just sprung for the bracket. it's snug, but pretty secure.




I can do it I just don't have time these days. If it can be purchased as a plug and play kit with the bracket, I will. Otherwise, I 'll take it to a friends and let him do it. I will have this upgrade done very shortly either way though.
Does anyone know for sure if the kit he sells is a drop in as far as wiring goes? Not too worried about the mounting.
