Hi everyone,
It isn't even September yet and we are still 332 days away from the 12th edition of the Kootenay Rat Raid but here is the official announcement!
July 17 - 20, 2014 we will once again descend upon the New Grand Hotel in Nelson, BC to hang out, catch up with friends and ride some of the best and twisted roads in Western Canada.
There will be a tour of the Nelson Brewing Company, a 110+ year old brewery just blocks from the New Grand. We will once again put on an Expedition with funds raised going to charity. This Saturday ride is a bit like a scavenger hunt and all who participated in the first ever in 2013 all said they loved it and learned a lot about the area they didn't know before. The show n' shine will take place late Saturday before the banquet Saturday night. There is limited room at the banquet so make sure you register early so you don't miss out!
I know a lot of you were hoping I would have the online registration up and running. Unfortunately that isn't going to happen just yet. Good news though registration for 2015 should have an option online. Thank you for your patience while I sort through that and I appreciate you hanging in there with the old fashioned mail in for one more year!
