I'm in the middle of changing out my front springs and last night I'm dumping out the old oil. The right side is a bright translucent red, kinda like cherry cough syrup, just not as thick. Anyway the left one has a browninsh tint, viscosity didn't really appear to be much diffrent than the other side. Guess it doen't matter since I'm changing it all out, just wondering why one side would deteriorate faster than the other. BTW this is the first service on these at nearly 30k. And yet while the cap is under pressure its not that bad. Y'all made it sound like it was gona fly off and pop me in the eye and knock me silly.

It can if your not carefull. Even though its not a tremendous force there is some and if it did slip outta your grip and got ya it might leave ya with a shiner.
I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago.

Is it possible that the right side fluid is brownish since I live in a part of the world where we drive on the RIGHT side of the road, and the road itself is cambered to the outside and the majority of my turns are to the right, therefore harder leans to the right thus by pushing more fluid thru the dampner more often and causing it to heat more than the left side.

ABSOLUTELY! I supplement my riding with some Roundy-Round circle track time, so THAT doesn't happen to MY oil!

Really? It was just some wild ass hypothesis.
So does this mean I should venture to the other side of the pond and ride on the WRONG side of the road to balance it out?

It can easily do that from the force caused by extra preload.
keep in mind that Erle did include a smiley. Just not his usual assortment
