Hi Guys

I have read a few posts from Dwight & Lummex regarding brackets for this. I have pm'd them both but as yet no response. Does anyone know if they are still active or should I start looking elsewhere?

I want to do a conversion very similar to Nick Serranos America. I just won a Thurxton tank and the next biggest things are the mid mounts, all the rest are mostly bolt ons.

Ive spoken to the guy from Rassk who does them for the Thunderbird but reckons they won fit the Speedmaster. I would have thought even with a little fabbing they could fit but he thinks otherwise.

So please please help me. I have a mate who can fab brackets I just need a point in the right direction in terms of mounting location and best rear sets to use for pipe/ground clearance etc.

Thanks aron,.

Dwight's pretty unsociable, it's hard to get him to comment, but IF you keep on trying, eventually, he'll come around.

Actually, he's probably just napping. He's no "Spring Chicken" anymore.

You probably won't hear from lummox. He's an old buddy of mine and doesn't spend much time on here, these days. I don't think he even took many pics of his build process, which I think I remember being mostly trial and error. I'll shoot him a text and let him know there's interest.

Thanks for the response guys. Zmilin, the thread you linked is the one I read and his first post says indicates he moved the controls, not just pegs. but I may be missing something.

Your right. Maybe I was thinking of a different thread. I apologize for the missinfo!

Thanks Dwight, really appreciate you taking the time to post em. Kurt's been in touch too and hoping to get some pics from him as well. Should be enough

By the way Dwight, that black number in the back ground looks pretty sweet too

Now Matt, by this time you should know that even as large as those pix are here, it would take a picture the size of a billboard to truly capture the essence of MY ego!!!

Nothing yet, super keen for some additional foot positions though, my ageing 33yr old body cant handle too many more 200klm trips with feet to the front hahaha
