Lived in Farmington, NM for a while in the 70's and rode up to Durango, Cortez and Mesa Verde area quite a bit. Also, lived in Albuquerque so rode the Sandias, Santa Fe, Jemez Mountains and Abq West Mesa. Beautiful country. It can get windy, dusty and cold at times but mostly is just great riding weather.
