I have a friend about 40 miles west in Cortez. She loves it but is planning on heading back to Florida in the next few years. It looks beautiful.
As for skeeters, when I live in Titusville, FL we had Asian Tiger Mosquitos, they'd leave a welt the size of a soft ball, and now we have them in the Panhandle. Im so happy to be home again...
