I will say Corbin's ordering/production process is interesting.
...ordered online...got email confirmation I could check in 2 days about status...3 days later got a phone call to clarify order (that was nice)...3 days later got an email saying "thanks for your interest, received your order and it is going into production, your cost with cleaner is $331 w/shipping...expect it in 2-3 weeks."
What am I saying? I appreciate their service but it seems they are a bit technically challenged, in this day of high-tech, on the computerized tracking/production side of things. Seems like they could be a bit more efficient on the production side and lower the cost.
Oh well...just a thought.
