The 19t is not stopping you from roll on speed. The difference in the tooth is first gear only. Every gear will be taller and smoother.

You have something else going on if 95 is all you are getting from it. 100 should be effortless if you let forth breathe a little bit to get the rpms up.

I think its aspiration issues at WOT.

You have the low end torque, you are just in the wrong gear when you look for it. Watch the tach not the speedo. Remember its a 7k motorcycle not a 4k rev limit. HP gets built with RPMs.
