But in all seriousness, IF it could be done, some type of sliding mount for a footpeg would be great, but the construction would have to be pretty stout for that, if the rider wanted to put his full weight on it to stand up when going over large bumps. It wouldn't do to have them buckle at 45 mph!! Another option, although it might mean losing some ground clearance, would be a peg mount bar like Küryakyn sells (see link), but modified to fit our bikes.
