Looked up the M. Commanders. They are claiming to last twice as long as the average tires. I have always run softer tires for the grip, but I ride so slow nowadays (except when I'm with Dave and Chris) that I don't feel grip is that important. I'm just sick and tired of changing that darn rear tire every year, and sometimes twice.
