Maybe you missed seein' it clearly Marty, but the sportbike-ridin' moron not only didn't hit the cop car hard enough to get hurt, BUT said sportbike-ridin' moron's very first move was to begin picking up and righting his machine. And so, I have a feeling the cop noticed this also and surmised as I did that said moron wasn't all that hurt, if at all.
