No need to paint it! Triumph is actually offering a yellow cam cover as part of there "Sixty8" accessory line. They have clear sprocket covers as well.....seriously. I'm sure the triumph bits will be pricey.
I've seen black, grey and red engine paint at O'reilly's, but not yellow. You might find it online somewhere.
