And so, I would think placin' all the convicted "lowlife scumbag killers and violent dicks" in those overcrowded prisons and jails we seem to not have enough of, instead of all the "lowlife scumbag THIEVIN'" variety(havin' to make a choice here, you understand) might be a good idea, wouldn't ya say?!
(...oh...geez...I don't think I should've said that here, 'cause NOW I have a feelin' a few of these here folks are gonna wanna rant about the "Criminal Justice System" now TOO...and they AIN'T gonna even TRY to find any HUMOR about it EITHER!!!)
