Not sure the exact size, but when I read your post above I took a tape measure to my Speedmaster risers for a rough sizing and got 3 1/2" from center-to-center. Didn't take off the top clamps and handlebar for more accuracy though, but if it isn't 3 1/2" it's real close. That's why I said to double check.
