so since these pipes are made for harleys, they're both expected to be on one side of the bike. putting one on the left means that either the brackets or the 'rinehart' etching will be kinda wonky.
to remedy this, i removed the tips and used a long no.7 drill to center a hole across from the middle one. the threads are 1/4-20, if anyone cares.
i'm also thinking about wrapping the baffles in fiberglass in the hopes of quieting them down a little bit. i like the sound as is, but i get off work at 2am, and would rather not wake the neighbors. yesterday, one plugged his ears as i rounded the corner on my way out.
