I've been seeing a lot of these surface anchored storm shelters. I don't know, man. I've seen 100 year old trees with 3 tons of roots and dirt popped out of the ground like a cork out of a cheap wine bottle. I just don't know what kind of anchor can stop a tornado if it's leaving a 20 foot crater where it pulled a tree out of the Earth.
If I'm facing one I'm going below ground.
