How does it cut out? Does it suddenly stop completely like you turned it off, or does it hesitate and run rough and die?
Possible causes if engine suddenly turning off:
- Check all your cut-out switches ... clutch, kickstand, tip-over and gearbox.
- Check your ignition switch (behind where your key goes)
- Check your battery and ground connections.
