If he already learned gun safety, then he should also have learned what "zero tolerance" is. By your own account, he "snuck" it in because he knew it was wrong, and the suspension was warranted. Zero tolerance is just that.
Oh bull shine. He is six and zero tolerence for toy guns is bullplop nonesence.
