Hate to challenge the Left's talking points, but it's not limited to Charter Schools. Public schools are guilty as well.

Google and Bing searches found another incident in NJ - also a Public school. I was unable to find any mention of this happening in Charter schools. That's not to say it's never happened, but certainly doesn't appear to be prevalent enough to be singled out.
