Moe, yes Really! Upon reflection I would say that your "edit" of my post proves my point. When the purported "feelings" of the most hypersensitive and perpetually offended are given priority over honest discourse then that discourse ceases. We've entered an age where the cry "I'm offended" too often ends discussion and when calling someone a "bigot" is the first recourse of the intolerant. Anyone who doesn't like my comments? Tough!!! Perhaps I gave you too much credit and assumed you were a grown up.
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
