This is sad news indeed. I never met Jack but I wanted to. Especially after the journal sat up here in the NW for so long. I know Jack was upset about that and we exchanged words (emails) over it. Thing is that we also made our peace over it because what we figured out is that we were both on the same page with our feelings about it. It was such an awesome thing he started with that journal.
It was shortly after he received it that we here learned of his battle with cancer. It was after all that that I wanted to meet the man.
Im glad he got to see the journal before he passed and read everything in there. I guess all things seem to happen for a reason.

We often know of one another from this website that somehow brings so may together and it never fails that a loss of one is a loss to all.
