Need to adjust rear shocks on new America,

How do I do this, Shocks are too stiff. Thanks any advice .

If I'm not mistaken and they are the same style as the ones on my 07 SM they should have an adjuster at the bottom of the shock with 5 preset notches. You just have to put something in the small adjuster and turn it, one way or the other. Make sure they are both on the same setting.

Stick your Allen wrench that came in your tool kit in the small metal donut at the bottom of the shock and turn it in the direction you want it to go.

Nope, don't have one sorry. I just use a 5mm hex or in this pic a 7/32. Work well for me , turns kinda easy.

right, or left. Clockwise, or counter-clockwise. Watch out for yer knuckles. More of a turn than a twist, push toward the bike or pull away.
