I know a few times I’ve said in my post that I think of y'all as family and that’s why I feel I can share some things here (such as my "other" projects) and complain about things such as work and so on. Well I want to apologize for not sharing my condolences for those of you have had troubles and lost loved ones. For those of you who have had a rough day, week, month or year and just needed one of my smartassed comments to hopefully cheer you up. And to apologize for the missed birthday wishes. (However I never got a single damn one.  ) Anyway I do think of y'all as family, ... I'm just the smartassed little brother you never wanted!  I know I'm probably gonna get some backlash form this, but it's expected.

I don't sweat missing a few Matt. My work sometimes has me away from the net for several days at a time, sometimes weeks. In fact I just got back from a week away last night  It just takes too much time to catch up with everything when I get back.

I think of this forum as extended family too Matt. And I make a bit of effort to say happy birthday and condolences etc when I can. But sometimes I miss some because life gets in the way. MATT, YOU GOTTA PUT YOUR BIRTHDAY DATE IN YOUR PROFILE SO WE KNOW WHEN IT IS! Then it will appear in the CALENDAR and a little cake icon will appear above your name in your posts on that day. It's not in your profile now so that's why you get no birthday wishes. Happy belated birthday anyway.

Hmmm, I thought it was already there. Must be my brain failing on me already. If that's the case I guess I can make up any date I wish and be as old as the rest of y'all geriatric old bass-turds.  I'll think I leave it blank for a while just to mess with ya, and make sure I "fix" it in the future.

Matt, I'm in the same soup as you....that is to say, seemingly always & often missing birthdays & other life events posted by members here. Ya know living can be pretty busy...and at times seemingly impossible to manage....but through it all what we have here is a group that are indeed much like family. Some say.... ya know that someone cares/or is a true friend most when even after long periods apart, you can pick up the conversation as if no time had been missed. That's kinda what we have here on the BA forums.... Belated happy Birthday Bro.

You don't need to put the birth year in, just the day and month. That's what I did and no-one knows I'm really only 15 - I'm just blessed with a wisdom beyond my years.

Nah, I actually put the correct date in, I kinda like being one of the young puppies in the litter. And I'll take back the part about being geriatric, but y'all still a buncch of "fish droppings".

I had a class room dedicate to me in my school, I was always amazed they thought me so special the put a plaque over one of the doors..."Special Ed"
