Just bought an '03 America. The previous owner installed the tach.
He admitted that he was confused about the wiring when he installed it!!
He said it worked at first and then stopped. Pulled it and repaired the wiring.
It kind of works now, but the needle is stuck at 7 and won't come back to park.
Looked at taking it apart, but seems to be a sealed unit and didn't want to force it.
Can these tachs be repaired?
