Yep Smokey, the wheeels came off that when they deviated from protocol on DUI crashes.
Supervisors had no business interfering- they had fatal crash investigators for these events. They should have been permitted to do their job, and made no adjustments. Now the agency looks bad, or complicite.
I cannot imagine this guy going to trial, now that the evidence has been permitted in.
