Agree 100%. I have no sympathy for driving while intoxicated. First offense; Lose driving privileges for 5 years. Second offense; Jail. Injure or kill someone; Felony Homicide.
I've lost too many friends - starting at the age of 5 when a drunk neighbor ran off the road and onto the sidewalk, he missed me. The little girl I was walking with got caught under his bumper and he dragged her the rest of the way to his house. He went on inside not even knowing.
