This should have been taken care of the first time a problem was evident, especially in a position such as his.I knew a kid in the military that was caught several times and due to military service the cops kept letting him go. He is dead now, flipped his Jeep while drunk, lingered in a coma for a while then passed. I feel had they gotten him the help he needed he may still be here today(maybe not but we will never know)people should not have to die before something is done weather it be the drunk or an innocent or both.
