A friend who was stationed in Germany said he was in a local bar, and there was a group of leather wearing outlaw biker types. They rode away on mopeds.

I'd like to see one of those at a bike night. Obviously a person with a good (and slightly twisted) sense of humor put that together. Maybe for a biker with too many DUI's. 
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
