I have the TOR shorties and all I did was get a 1.5" (I think it was 1.5" .... it WAS a looonnng time ago) metal hole cutter and drilled out the last baffle.
Last? First? whichever way you look at it, it was the one nearest the end where the noise comes out!!
Eventually I lost SOME wadding but it was over quite a period of time.
I haven't done a complete bafflectomy on mine but I like the sound as it is.
I haven't ruled out getting some Epcos though just to completely p!ss the neighbours off.
Taking that last (first?) baffle out deepens the sound and makes it a bit meatier but doesn't cause too much offence IMO.
