I guess i should have been more clear with my question. Getting the relay from autozone (or whatever store) is not the issue.I was just seeing if anyone could confirm the part number.
My question was, if anyone else has had this problem with their turn signals; was it the relay ,loose bulbs, dirty connection,bad ground etc? It seems the problem is worse when the engine is warm,is that a sign of a bad relay? Its a $15 relay so I guess is not a big deal if that's not the problem,but I don't want to waste my time.
