Tweaking the angle would need to be done by a machinist cause of the O-ring groove you would be removing to change the angle would have to be milled in again. Length would be easier but ya still have to have the O-ring groove milled back in.
i have some of the longer thruxton manifolds and they still fit (the rubber couplings are inverted though).
the angle is probably the critical feature. I would think that would be easiest to change with the least impact on length. If you could determine exactly what that angle is of course.
