@duck: Not as I know. There are still no readymades available. Nearest thing are the ones from Norman Hyde and eve they got less and less to sell. Our bike is not in production anymore, so special parts are not produced anymore. Most of these relocation brackets weren't any real Mid-Pegs, just about 10cm (bout 3inches) closer to the rider.
But it is not so hard to produce one for yourself, you need sheet metal or thick aluminum to produce a plate (fixed mostly to the holes where the passenger foot pegs are mounted) and the place the original footpegs on these plates, finde a long enough linkage or use an exiting one from a donor bike and there you go...
All in all a two-day job if you got some low fabricating skills (including buying the stuff you need).
BUT: Make a cardboard mock-up first, measure twice before fabricating and make REALLY sure that the Plates are strong enough. Otherwise you shifter gear will break down and baddest thing: YOUR BRAKE WILL FALL OF!
So beware if you foo this by yur own - get some help by someone who knows what to do if you do not feel good about it.
