We have two cows the Gov shuts down the Agency that looks after cows moves 1/2 the people to Parks/Can. because cows hang out in fields that are sort of a park for cows. It's a division Heritage Can. which relates to the cows being from an older herd. Gov processes move so much slower then the agency its 6 months before someone checks on them and they no longer give milk. The employees are now redundent so they are put out to pasture along with the cows.
