thanks Dwight, ya i don't care its an extra set of bars i bought to try a couple things with, thought was to cut the ends off, this will push the full control assembly right up to the first bend in the bar, then powder coat them black, not sure if the 1/2 inch on each side is going to make a ton of difference but should make it better if thats my alternative to the oem speedy bars
